The hotel has luxurious and well-equipped rooms with great facilities such as free Nespresso coffee and luxurious bathroom products. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation options.
There are only limited food outlets in the nearby location and no on-site restaurant. The nearest place to buy anything or get the subway is a 5-10 minute walk.

The hotel was extremely clean and had great facilities. It was conveniently located close to the MTR and everything was within easy reach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is situated in a very quiet area, and it's close to the bay, which was a lovely feature.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to public transportation and a shopping center. We also loved the complementary snacks and drinks provided in the lounge during the day.
The hotel lacked a swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing. the air conditioning in the lobby and corridors was weak, making it uncomfortable in the hot weather.
